The grommet (1) has a tubular portion (10) of larger diameter, where the tubular portion presents a circular locking cavity (16) that is intended to come into play with a peripheral edge of a crossing opening. The cavity is defined by a wall of a bottom and two side walls extending approximately perpendicular to the wall from the bottom. A round corner of an external peripheral surface of the bottom comes into engagement with an internal surface (2r1) being prolonged from a surface of an internal round corner (2e).
