The construction has a frame comprising a washer (22) that is provided with a tie-beam (30), where the tie-beam connects an upper part of longitudinal walls (14.2). The longitudinal walls comprise angle posts (40), panels and intermediate posts (44) that are inserted between the panels. The intermediate posts of the longitudinal walls are connected together by the tie-beam of the washer. Sand pit sections (86) connect upper ends of the intermediate posts and the angle posts. Angle reinforcements (90) connect the sand pit sections at corners of a building or on sides of the washer.
