The element has support sections comprising transverse beams, where ends of the beams join a longitudinal side of an amenity basin. Cross-pieces are longitudinally placed relative to the basin and brace the beams. The cross-pieces connect two ends of the beams. A moving part (200) i.e. base, is fixed at an edge of the basin. Another moving part (300) is pivotally mounted relative to the former moving part and cooperates with an outer cross-piece (100) to allow the outer cross-piece to swivel relative to the former moving part to authorize swinging of a roof module.
