The device has an aluminum washer crimped on a gloss body of a standard bottle (5) without a pump housing and a push rod. The aluminum washer is adapted to a standard neck (4) of the standard bottle. A seal (3) is installed between the standard neck of the standard bottle and the crimped aluminum washer. A fixing handle (1) is crimped on the aluminum washer, and allows suspending of the bottle with the gloss body. A washer cover (2) with a screw appearance is applied above the aluminum washer for hiding unaesthetic crimping.
