Composition comprises cosmetic active ingredients encapsulated in liposome. The liposome comprises phospholipid and glycolipid. The glycolipid comprises a hydrophobic unit, and a carbohydrate unit including an oligomer or a polymer of fructose. A mass ratio of phospholipid and glycolipid is 0.5-30, preferably 1-10. The composition is free of L-ornithine and/or its salt or ester. Independent claims are included for: (1) a cosmetic product; and (2) the liposome comprising phospholipid and glycolipid.
