The stage has a rotor wheel (12) located downstream from a distributer (10) that comprises a coaxial internal annular ring (14) and a coaxial external annular ring. An annular flask (150) fixed at an internal periphery of the distributer extends from a blade toward radially inside of the internal ring. The flask comprises an annular part (154) surrounding an upstream cylindrical spoiler (48) of the wheel at a gap. The flask includes another annular part surrounding the spoiler of the wheel at another gap.
