The device has control units (1a, 1b) connected to a luminous and/or sound indication element (4) and equipped with multiple inputs for reception of a first control signal of side-lights (2) whose lighting is notified and a second control signal of an instrument panel (3) or a vehicle circuit, where the second signal is disabled when an ignition key is in a blocking position with lit fires. The control units allow supplying or lighting of the luminous and/or sound indication element when the first signal is enabled and the second signal is disabled.
