The method involves obtaining a set of messages relative to predetermined contents, and obtaining a group of words. A relevance value is determined for the word group with respect to a weight value that assigned to the message received according to calculated distance between the message and the content. Verification is made to determine whether a set of preset criteria is satisfied with respect to the relevance value determined for the word group. An action is triggered relative to the word group when the set of criteria is satisfied.
