It proposes a confinement chamber (10) for the production of measurements relating to the impact of bacteria on the interfaces between two immiscible fluids. The chamber comprises a receiving space (12) designed to contain a first fluid, a system for introducing a hermetic (24) of the needle in order to introduce a hermetically sealed manner a needle into the chamber and to form a drop of a second fluid in the volume of reception, a transparent window (14) which is aligned with the volume of the reception and adapted to the observation of an interface between the first fluid and the drop of the second fluid, and a control system of the gas present in the chamber.
