The device has self-gripping bands (2) glued on upper and lower edges of a polyester fabric band (1). A pocket (3) is provided with an elastic band (4) to assure closing of the pocket. The pocket is sewn on the polyester fabric band. The fabric band includes two trapezoidal parts e.g. external part (A) and internal part (B), adapted to a trapezoidal shape on a side of a bra. The external part forms the pocket and the internal part is folded toward interior of an underwear and assembled with the external part by the self-gripping bands.
