The machine has an electrical motor (20) and an output shaft (12) for driving a movement of a drill. The electrical motor and the output shaft are connected by a two-speed transmission (21). The transmission includes a gear box having two ratios, which are alternately actuated by a reversal of a rotation direction of the electrical motor for driving the output shaft rotating in a same direction about an axis in two different rotation speeds. A driving unit (24) and the output shaft are simultaneously provided in rotation and translation according to a same axis.
