The assembly has an external sleeve formed from a longitudinal rigid or semi-rigid material sheet. The sheet has a rectangular window having dimensions complementary to that of chocolate piece (C) so as to allow longitudinal introduction of the piece from right toward left across the window until conditioned position in which left transverse edge of the piece extends opposite to a zone formed by back (24), face (25), intermediate section (T2) and inner face (T2a) of the sheet. The sheet comprises an additional retaining flap folded in comparison with a right transverse edge (Cd) of the piece.
