The method involves providing two volumes (A1, A2) of a solid material that defines two outer sides surfaces (S) between which energy is exchanged by heat flow. A tube (B) provided with reinforcements (C) made of the solid material is arranged with a thin peripheral wall thickness that connects the two volumes. A length of the tube is replaced by homogeneous volume of same solid material, and an energy heat transferring surface is provided for the tube. A thermal resistance multiplier effect is provided according to a specific ratio and length of the tube.
