Cosmetic or dermatological composition comprises, in a support, (a) at least one merocyanine compound (I) and its E/E- or E/Z- geometrical isomer forms, (b) at least one oily phase, (c) at least one aqueous phase, and (d) greater than 0.5 wt.% of at least one hydrophilic organic UVA filter. Cosmetic or dermatological composition comprises, in a support, (a) at least one merocyanine compound of formula (I) and its E/E- or E/Z- geometrical isomers, (b) at least one oily phase, (c) at least one aqueous phase, and (d) greater than 0.5 wt.% of at least one hydrophilic organic UVA filter.
