The mold has four mobile drawers (15) carrying side cores (1) actuated by fingers (13) for release from the mold so that a composition is carried out once during injection of an outer jacket (X) and a core (Y) interconnected by bridges (Z) of small flow channels of a breaking material during post molding injection. The side cores with an upper vertical core (2), a lower vertical core (4) and shells (3, 5) are provided in contact with each other, and mechanically move relative to each other. The drawers are guided by four pairs of slides. An independent claim is also included for a method for injection using a mold.
