The cover includes a disk (15) having a rigid peripheral frame (19) mounted on a bearing surface (20) of the fixed element. The frame includes passages between a front wall (19a) and a rear wall (19b) of the frame, where a sealing joint (21) is molded on the frame to extend around the front and rear walls. The disk and the rigid peripheral frame are made of plastic or metal.
