The device has two horizontal wings (A1, A2) that are not connected by a connection unit. The wings are placed in a parallel manner, where each wing is arranged with a horizontal surface. The wings are placed and maintained by a maintenance unit in a position. A position of a motorization arm (B1) is determined on a side with a minimum dimension such as 25 mm, between a pillar and a surface that is provided nearest to front of the motorization arm. One of the wings is arranged with a lower part of the arm.
