The device has a plate (1) that is arranged at a folded side, on which a tube (2) crossing the plate is fixed in a center. A lower part of the tube is allowed to plunge into an opening of a container e.g. agricultural container, filled with a set of granules such as heating pellets. An upper part of the tube is perforated in a base. A plastic cover is provided in the device, where auto-perforation of a bag is performed in an interdependent manner when the bag is allowed to fall on the plate.
