The module has a lower layer (B1) whose surface is divided into three elements (A1-A3), where the elements are designed with same or different thickness. The elements stay in contact with edges such that an upper surface has a surface smooth without perceptible edge. An upper coating layer is provided with a coating module, where contour of the elements materializes contour of an orthopedic element. One of the elements is formed with material density and hardness independent of density and hardness of the other elements based on therapeutic function of the orthopedic element. An independent claim is also included for a method for realization of a module.
