The device has a main support (4), made of metal, comprising a circular opening (7) and an excavation (10) on its circumference (9), where the excavation has an angular form at 90 degrees. An optical magnifying glass (1) or a decorative object is accommodated in the excavation. A resin self-adhesive part (6) has a same shape of the main support so as to lock and block the optical magnifying glass or the decorative object. The self-adhesive part is made of material covered with a self-adhesive face forming a decorative part.
