Surétui (1) specially adapted and intended to be associated with a case (2) for a stick (3), in particular a lipstick grape, comprising: - an elongate body, including an elongated housing (5) for receiving of the case (2), its sliding relative to the body, and its passage through a transverse opening (7) so that it can be extracted from the housing (5) and introduced into the housing (5), - a mechanism ( 10) with manual control, adapted and intended to slide the case (2) relative to the housing (5) for its extraction. The elongate body further comprises a lateral opening (11) in the body and the driving mechanism (10) comprises a flexible and inextensible band (12) hooked on one side to the body and, with traction, case (2) so that it can be extracted from the housing (5).
