摘要

The invention relates to a method for producing by welding a bond between a composite material (36) matrix of thermoplastic material and an elastomeric material (33). The method mainly comprises an operation of functionalization of the elastomeric material (33) by forming a thin layer (24) of elastomeric material incorporating thermoplastic material particles (24) and melting said thin layer on the surface of the elastomeric material during the a pressure vulcanization process of the elastomer, and a welding operation of welding the functionalized surface of the elastomeric material (33) to the thermoplastic material of the composite (36). The welding operation consists of interposing a metal cloth (35) coated with thermoplastic material between the surfaces of the elastomer (33) and the composite (36) to be welded together and to pass an electric current inducing the fusion of the two surface materials.
