Design and operation of an integrated circuit with artificial intelligence

An integrated circuit (IC) 101 comprises artificial intelligence (AI) component 107 designed to facilitate levels of intelligent functionality between users, operating systems, devices and communication systems. A hooking technique may be used to communicate between IC components. Preferably the IC includes security and encryption complex/module 102, external peripheral ports 103, media processing complex 105, memory 106 and sensor control complex 108. Alternatively virtual world engines may be included or a kill switch which is capable of disabling a machine.
