Treatment of subclinical Cushing's syndrome and/or incidentaloma

We disclose an agent that inhibits adrenal steroidogenesis for use in the treatment or prevention of subclinical Cushings syndrome [SCS] and/or incidentaloma. Further, we also disclose a composition comprising an agent that inhibits adrenal steroidogenesis in combination with a glucocorticoid receptor antagonist.
