PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-fluxing alloy powder and a gas flame spray coating machine for crystallization glass material powder capable of simplifying hardfacing welding, PTA (powder plasma welding) or the like and subjecting a self-fluxing alloy, crystallization glass and the like to surface treatment in high quality.;SOLUTION: As a first constitution of a nozzle provided on a self-fluxing alloy powder and crystallization glass material powder gas flame spray coating machine, a powder drop port cut in a slit shape is disposed such that a longitudinal direction thereof gets to parallel to a spray coating travelling direction, mixing gas injection ports are disposed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the powder drop port or the mixing gas injection ports are disposed on an outer circumference of the power drop port and a plurality of lines of mixing gas injection ports are disposed at a right angle to the powder drop port and the mixing gas injection ports on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the powder drop port and the mixing gas injection ports. Further, as a second constitution of the nozzle, nitrogen gas injection ports are disposed in parallel to the mixing gas injection port on both sides of the mixing gas injection ports disposed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the powder drop ports, or the nitrogen gas injection port is further disposed on the outer circumference of the mixing gas injection port.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
