SOFT GROUND IMPROVEMENT AND BANKING REINFORCEMENT METHOD FOR WIDENING OF EMBANKMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft ground improvement and banking reinforcement method for widening of embankment, which can prevent a decrease in stability of the whole banking and subsidence of bearing ground subsidence after service is started after construction, in the case of the construction for the widening of embankment.;SOLUTION: In a soft ground improvement and banking reinforcement method for widening of embankment, a natural ground reinforcing material 17 for reinforcing a toe of slope of existing banking is constructed by a natural ground reinforcing soil construction method such as a nailing construction method so that the existing banking 13 and the widening 15 of embankment can be integrated together. A structure 12 for ground improvement under the widening 15 of embankment is constructed to improve stability of the whole banking and prevent the deformation and subsidence of the existing banking and the widening of embankment from being caused by consolidation settlement of bearing ground.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
