PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further easily cause floating of a frame of a central part when reducing vibration by using relative displacement between both frames by independently behaving the respective frames in an earthquake, by dividing the whole upper structure of a structure into a frame positioned in a central part on a plane and a frame positioned in its outer peripheral part.;SOLUTION: An upper structure 3 separated from a lower structure 2 is constituted of a multi-story aseismatic frame 31 positioned in the central part on the plane and composed of an aseismatic element of a multi-story and an outer peripheral frame 32 positioned around the multi-story aseismatic frame 31 and connected directly or indirectly to the multi-story aseismatic frame 31 in a relatively rotationally deformable state between the multi-story aseismatic frame 31 and itself. The mult-story aseismatic frame 31 is supported in the lower structure 2 by a sliding bearing 4 in a state of freely floating from the lower structure 2, and the outer peripheral frame 32 is supported by a laminate rubber bearing 5 on the lower structure 2 in an outer peripheral part on its plane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
