PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly provide a guide map for securing a parking lot and guiding between a construction work site and the parking lot, and the guide map for guiding facilities and stores in a periphery of the construction work site and the guide map and the like for guiding each facility and shop from the parking lot.;SOLUTION: An address 50 of a construction site is acquired upon receipt of a request from a terminal device, and a parking lot is searched, and an address 62 of the selected specified parking lot and the address 50 of the construction site are stored in a storage device 24. A route guiding from a departure point designated by the terminal device to the address 62 of the parking lot and the route guiding from the address 62 of the parking lot to the address 50 of the construction work site are executed.
