PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a carbonate apatite molding having communication holes even by using a material having no heat resistance, and a carbonate apatite molding.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a carbonate apatite molding comprises: a preparation process P101 of preparing a calcium compound molding which contains carbonate group in at least one of calcium compound and phosphate and in which filler is dispersed in the calcium compound, and phosphate solution containing phosphate; a pore forming process P102 of obtaining the calcium compound molding in which a plurality of pores are formed by dissolving the filler by using solvent which dissolves the filler; a communication process P103 of dissolving a part of a calcium compound molding in which a plurality of pores are formed by acid to allow the plurality of pores to communicate with each other; and a carbonate apatite generation process P104 of allowing the calcium compound molding in which the plurality of pores are communicated to contact the phosphate solution to generate carbonate apatite.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
