PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic assisting method of sensitivity to breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy which is capable of accurately determining both of sensitivity to breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy in a case of ER positive and sensitivity to breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy in a case of ER negative.SOLUTION: RNA extracted from a specimen, which is collected from a subject, is amplified, a sample for measurement is prepared, an expression level of predetermined each gene is measured by using the sample for measurement, and sensitivity to breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy is determined based on an analysis result of the expression level.
