PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stimuli-responsive gel material that enables the intensity of stimulation (such as the concentration of a prescribed ingredient) to be easily and stably detected over a wide range region.SOLUTION: The stimuli-responsive gel material of the present invention comprises a first polymer having an OH group and having network structure, a second polymer having phenylboronic acid structure, a fine particle having an average particle size of 10 nm or more and 1000 nm or less, and solvent. The polymer chains of the second polymer penetrate into the polymer network of the first polymer.
