PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate retrieval of a medical image for reference used at the time of imaging a medical image suitable for comparison.SOLUTION: An image inspection system for inspecting a medical image includes transmission means which transmits a medical image to a radiation information system which integrally manages information in a radiation department when it is confirmed that the medical image received from a modality can be used for medical treatment. The radiation information system includes reception means which receives the medical image transmitted from the image inspection system, storage means which stores inspection achievement information, and association storage means which stores the medical image received from the image inspection system and inspection achievement information stored by the storage means in association with each other.
