PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote medical system which is reasonable in equipment cost and has good operability.SOLUTION: There is provided a remote medical system that comprises: a server 10 which is capable of storing a medical checkup file 111 containing user's medical checkup data or the like, a hospital file 123 containing the names of hospitals or the like, and a partner nursing facility file 121 containing the names of nursing facilities having a partnership with the hospitals or the like; and a nursing facility terminal 30 and a hospital terminal 20 which are mutually connected to the server 10 via a net line . When receiving a remote medical checkup request, the nursing facility terminal 30 searches the partner nursing facility file 121 to display a list of hospitals having a partnership with the nursing facility. When a desired hospital is selected from among the hospitals, the nursing facility terminal searches the hospital file 123 for the hospital terminal 20 of the hospital to establish a line connection to the hospital terminal 20 for television telephone conversation.
