PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal, a Web data sharing system, a Web data sharing method and a program, enabling acquisition of Web data even in a state that a public radio network is unavailable.;SOLUTION: A Web data sharing system 100 includes radio communication terminals 10, 20 capable of communication through a public radio network 30. Each radio communication terminal identifies the communication state of the public radio network 30, and when the identified communication state does not satisfy a setting condition, establishes communication with a different radio communication terminal by means of a short-range communication method.
