PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to simultaneously monitor various information such as captions or data for data broadcasting in addition to video and audio data with human eyes and maintenance of broadcasting quality is limited.SOLUTION: An automatic operation monitoring device includes means for comparing organization information data including program parameters acquired from a storage section with first parameters including program parameters of a first transport stream and outputting a comparison resu and means for outputting a caution on the basis of the comparison result. As a result, information required for terrestrial/BS digital broadcasting such as video, audio, captions and data broadcasting, EPG and one-segment broadcasting can be automatically monitored.
