PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a high definition three-dimensional light emission image as to a three-dimensional sample carried by a three-dimensional culture body.;SOLUTION: A three-dimensional image imaging method according to the present invention includes the steps of: culturing a plurality of prescribed cells so as to self-emit light under a non-illumination condition in a three-dimensionally separated arrangement state on a carrier and preparing the three-dimensional sample; and acquiring a three-dimensional light emission image under the non-illumination condition as to a volume including the plurality of cells in the three-dimensional sample.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
