PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head drop type division replacement small-sized hydroelectric generator of which manufacturing, transportation and installation are facilitated in response to a width of river, amount of water and water drop head.SOLUTION: As an entire constitution, it is possible to provide a head drop type division replacement small-sized hydroelectric generator characterized in that the same has a structure in which a head drop adjustment pipe and two cross-flow water turbines below the pipe are oppositely-faced to each other at a sectorial water collector that can be replaced and a system of the double water turbines is defined as (A) and a propeller water turbine system is defined as (B) accompanying with a power generator and a speed-increasing gear in which a head drop water flow expander is installed in the pipe, they can be separately used, their manufacturing, transportation and installation can be easily carried out.
