PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel plate spring-type dynamic damper that is applied to a vibrating mechanical structure and that exerts the excellent effect of reducing its vibrations, and an optimal design method for the same.;SOLUTION: A parallel plate spring-type dynamic damper has a spring-mass vibration system, and includes a damper. A weight 11 is vibratably supported in the state of being sandwiched from both sides between a pair of plate springs 12 arranged in parallel.
