METHOD FOR REDUCING DAMAGE CAUSED BY MAJOR EARTHQUAKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in the past major earthquake in which massive tsunami, fire spread, building collapse and smoke damage cannot be prevented.;SOLUTION: A method is configured to prevent tsunami by making reinforcing walls using cross members for connecting a pillar with another pillar and making a sheet fall over the upper part thereof to construct a bank, or horizontally placing plates on the reinforcing walls and rotating the plates to construct the bank in the tsunami. To prevent fire spread, columns are built around a building and the columns are secured by horizontal materials, wound sheets are installed on the upper part and lowered in an earthquake, and the building is surrounded with the sheets to thereby prevent the fire spread. To prevent building collapse, cushions are placed between buildings, and thereby a shaking space is eliminated and the collapse is prevented. To preventing smoke damage, a crater is covered with a sheet, and thereby the rise of smoke is prevented and the smoke is guided aside.
