PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage medium with a recorded exchange transaction program for financial products and the like that constructs an exchange transaction market for financial and quasi-financial products and the like through a computer network and matches a dissolution demand and a creation demand of the position of a customer with ech other, an exchange transaction system for financial products and the like, and a product exchange transaction method, to achieve saving of a commission that the customer pays to an intermediary, minimization of a market risk between a dissolution act and a creation act, and improvement in flowability of products, and further to provide a new technique for asset management by making a new kind of arbitrage transaction possible and increasing efficiency of total management on assets and debts.;SOLUTION: There are provided the storage medium with recorded exchange transaction program for financial products and the like, the exchange transaction system for financial products and the like, and the product exchange transaction method.
