PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an update program, an update method, and a social network system capable of promoting distribution of valuable information among users by using connection.;SOLUTION: An acquisition unit 51 acquires relation information indicating a user connection and attribute information indicating an attribute of each user.
