PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure of a press button for a game machine preventing the press button for the game machine from being pulled out from the outside.SOLUTION: In an assembly structure of a press button 10 for a game machine, a front cover 20 is assembled from a front of the press button 10 for the game machine including a press button head part 10b and a press button leg part 10a, and a front side of the press button head part 10b is penetrated fittedly through an opening 21 for assembly provided in the front cover 20 and is being exposed to a front side of the front cover 20. In the assembly structure of the press button 10 for the game machine, a press button slip-off prevention part 10c projecting outward from the outer peripheral section of the press button head part 10b is formed at an outer peripheral part at the rear of the press button head part 10b. Thus, when the press button 10 for the game machine assembled to the front cover 20 is pulled out of the front side of the front cover 20, the press button slip-off prevention part 10c cannot pass the opening 21 for assembly and can be hooked at a back side of the front cover 20.
