PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a badminton shuttle and a badminton practicing set by which it is possible to do practice by hitting the badminton shuttle even alone.SOLUTION: A badminton shuttle 10 hit by a racket includes: a ball part 20 having elasticity of rebounding when colliding with other members, which is flexibly deformable, and whose material is a porous material; and a shuttlecock part 30 attached to the ball part 20 that imparts larger air resistance than the ball part 20.
