PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing performance at a time of simultaneously processing points and electronic money by commonly processing the points and the electronic money.SOLUTION: Referring to a transaction history information database and an account balance database configured to be able to identify whether data is point data or electronic money data by assigning, to a member ID, a first point-electronic money common identifier common to points and electronic money and discriminating whether a transaction is a point transaction or an electronic money transaction, and a member information database configured not to identify whether a target is points or electronic money by assigning, to the member ID, a second point-electronic money common identifier that is common to the points and the electronic money and that does not discriminate whether the transaction is a point transaction or an electronic money transaction, an arithmetic process is performed while discriminating the points and the electronic money dependent on the first point-electronic money common identifier, respectively even for the same member ID.
