PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic transformer bobbin assembled without spending time and labor as in a conventional manner, and capable of suppressing costs of bobbins and enabling the insertion of a magnetic metal thin plate by an automatic machine.;SOLUTION: A transformer bobbin having a winding region of a coil 2 on the outer peripheral side and having a housing region of a plurality of magnetic metal thin plates on the inner peripheral side is constituted by bonding plastic frame materials 4 having an L-shaped cross section and forming corners with band plate-like crosspiece materials 5 coupling between the plastic frame materials 4. A strong and firm plastic bobbin can be simply and inexpensively manufactured even when a small number of transformers difficult in the manufacture of a dedicated molded bobbin is manufactured, and the magnetic metal thin plates can be inserted by an automatic machine to significantly reduce a transformer manufacturing cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
