SUBSCRIBER LOCATION RETRIEVAL METHOD, PBX SYSTEM, PBX CONTROL PROGRAM AND PBX SUBSCRIBER DATA REGISTRATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location retrieval service for enabling a location to be retrieved by a telephone number that a disaster victim has used or a name of the disaster victim.;SOLUTION: A subscriber location retrieval method in a network over which PBX systems temporarily installed in a disaster-stricken area are interconnected is disclosed. Subscriber data used in subscriber registration include a telephone number that a subscriber has used and a subscriber name. Each of PBX systems synchronizes a subscriber database with the other PBX system by reporting its own location information and the subscriber data which are subscriber-registered to the PBX system per se, to each other. Retrieval target receiving means receives the transmission of an extension telephone number or a subscriber name of a retrieval target from a transmission source terminal. If the received extension telephone number or subscriber name of the retrieval target is registered in the subscriber database, subscriber location retrieval response means reports location information of a PBX system that is an accommodation destination of the subscriber data, to the transmission source terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
