PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens peripheral edge machining device, a lens peripheral edge machining method, and a lens peripheral edge machining program for performing step-forming machining finely on a rear surface of a lens.SOLUTION: A lens peripheral edge machining device 1 includes: holding means 102R and 102L of a lens LE; a first machining tool 300 for forming a stepped part on a lens rear surface side after finishing; a second machining tool 168 for machining a peripheral edge of the lens; moving means for adjusting relative positions of the first machining tool, the second machining tool, and lens holding means; data obtaining means for obtaining the control data of the moving means, so as to form the stepped part on the lens rear surface side, by using at least two machining tools; and control means for controlling the moving means on the basis of the control data in the lens after finishing, machining the lens rear surface side by the second machining tool, and then forming the stepped part through machining, by using the first machining tool, a rest part after the machining of the second machining tool.
