The three-dimensional shaping powder is constituted of a plurality of particles. The plurality of particles is porous. When a refractive index of the particles is represented by n1 and a refractive index of a cured product of the binding agent contained in the ink 2 is represented by n2, n1 and n2 satisfy a relation of |n1-n2|0.2.
