PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the suppression of periodical fluctuations a molten metal surface level inside a casting mold.;SOLUTION: A transfer function Q(s) of a Q filter 74a when the value of an evaluation function J where the value gets smaller as a difference between of a filter transfer function FBL(s) consisting of a product of the transfer function of a phase advance filter and the transfer function of a band pass filter of center angle frequency ω and a product of the transfer function N(s) of an N filter 74c and the transfer function Q(s) of a Q filter 74a gets smaller minimizes is derived. The phase advance filter is so designed that a phase advance amount in the center angle frequency ω may maximize, the gain in the center angle frequency ω may become 1, and the phase advance amount in the center angle frequency ω may be coincident with the phase delay amount of a tertiary delay element included in the transfer function N(s) of then N filter 74c.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
