PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve desired hydraulic pressure characteristic in a manufacturing method of a hydraulic control valve for controlling supply and discharge of a working fluid pressure of a power cylinder of a hydraulic power steering device.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a hydraulic control valve 18 includes a positioning process and a fixing process. In the positioning process, a valve body 31 is positioned on a place to achieve a desired hydraulic pressure characteristic with respect to a housing 30 by operating the valve body 31 before fixed in the housing 30 of a pressure control valve 18 from the outside of the housing 30 through an operating member 48 by using, for example, a positioning tool T (Fig.3(b)), and in the fixing process, the valve body 31 after the positioning, is fixed to the housing 30 by using, for example, a fastening tool such as a spanner S (Fig.3(c)).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
